Privacy Policy
Effective Date: February 8, 2025

MusicIQ (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy of all visitors, including children under the age of 13. We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and other applicable laws to ensure a safe online experience for students.
1. Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect, store, use, or share any personal information from users, including children under 13, except for login information to allow access to the site. We also collect credit card information for purchasing the products, but we do not store this information unless the user requests us to.
We do not track student progress or require any input of personal info for review games. Students have the option of using the provided digital flashcards from Brainscape and/or the review games from Quizalize. Brainscape does require a name and email address for access to the flashcards. Quizalize requires only a name, which can be fictional. To view the Brainscape privacy policy, click here. To view the Quizalize privacy policy, click here.
2. Embedded YouTube Videos
Our website includes embedded YouTube videos to enhance the educational experience. These videos are hosted on YouTube and subject to YouTube’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. YouTube may collect user data through cookies, tracking technologies, or other means when
visitors interact with the embedded content.
To help protect user privacy, we use YouTube’s “Privacy-Enhanced Mode” when embedding videos, which ensures that YouTube does not collect personal data unless users interact with the video. However, as YouTube operates under its own data-collection and privacy policies, we encourage users to review YouTube's Privacy Policy for more information.

3. No Information Sharing or Selling
We do not share, sell, or disclose any information to third parties.

4. COPPA Compliance
Because our website does not collect personal information from children under 13, we are fully compliant with COPPA. However, we encourage parents and educators to review YouTube’s policies, as YouTube’s data collection is outside our control.
